Method of Payment:
You may pay by check, VISA, MasterCard or American Express. Checks must be made out Roland's Catalog.

Delivery:
Most items are shipped UPS and should arrive between 3 to 7 working days unless otherwise stated in the product's description. 4 to 5 days must be added to some products when shipping to the West Coast. If a rush delivery is necessary, call us for special shipping rates.

Shipping Charges:
Our shipping charges are the lowest of which we are aware. For more information see the rates on the bottom of the order form.

Personalization:
If you are faxing or mailing an order please feel free to include an additional page with personalization information, since the order form may not include enough space.

Returns:
All items which are not personalized may be returned for merchandise credit within 20 days of delivery. Returns must be in their original packaging and sent postage paid to: Roland's Catalog, 255 Farm Rd. Haverford, PA 19041. Merchandise credits are good for 4 months. Please call us for additional assistance.
