Product This page highlights our favorite closing gifts for builders. For the most part, the page’s purpose is to present ideas for closing gifts. If an idea like cutting boards appeals to you, we will provide you with more options and information on them. We have much more to show you once we know which type of products interest you. We may send you sheets for certain products or even manufacturer’s catalogs. If you have something in mind and do not see it below, please call us. If it exists, we can probably find it.

Pricing There are only a few examples of pricing below. These prices may not be current and can change at any time. Again, this is mainly an idea page and the prices shown were included to show how reasonable some products can be. We can offer you products made in the US if you prefer, but many come from overseas and trade concerns are expected to affect prices this year. Our suppliers often run specials and we will search for those when supplying you with information.

Decoration We can personalize products with names or monograms; or, we can put your company name, logo or community logo on the gifts. Many of our closing gifts can also be found under promotional products. Our main website, www.RolandsGifts.com , is set up to offer personalized gifts. Many of these items can include a company or community logo along with the personalization. Sometimes the community logo alone works best.

The price on the board below to left hand side is $12.90 each with a minimum order of 12 boards. The price is $9.90 each with a minimum order of 48 boards. To this you must add shipping and a set up charge. The price is even less in larger quantities. It is a 12x9x.6” bamboo board. The above 18" x 12" x .75" cutting board is made of 100% easy to clean, Eco-friendly rubberwood. Logo is laser engraved. Kitchen conversions on the front are easy to read. For new communities, a boxed set of 4, 16 oz. versatile mixing glasses with a community logo is a great idea. The price for these glasses with one color or a satin etched logo is only $10.31 per box of 4, if you order 100 boxes. The minimum order is 25 boxes, where the price increases to $12.81 per box. The set up fee of $50.00 and shipping must be added. This price is based on a current special and could change. You can satin etch or print the logo onto the glass. Deep etching costs more. Terra Cotta Wine Coolers

Soak the inside with water and then empty. The fired and glazed porous ceramic maintains the temperature of the pre-chilled wine. Natural cooling occurs through the pores in the terra cotta by drawing heat during evaporation. Notice the back side has an embossed grape design. Laser or imprinted. 6.5” x 5” or 9.25” x 4.75”. Coasters

Coasters - You may want to pair glasses with a set of coasters. Sometimes builders like to group things together, e.g., glasses, coasters, cookie jars and cutting boards work well together or in pairs. A bottle from a local winery could round out the gift. Some of the more popular materials would be absorbent coaster stone, slate or bamboo.

This block of knives below on the left is made from German steel but assembled in China. The wood is pine. 100 units would be around $31.00 each plus shipping and setup. The block on the right is made of Acacia wood. It has 3 knives and scissors It is priced at around $39.00 for 100m units. Many more options are available.

Front Door Planters/Large Crocks

These Stoneware crocks are deeply etched. One builder put their logo in the center and put the last name of the buyer below it. You need the right logo for this to work. A community’s logo might also work. Three sizes – one, two or three gallon crocks.
