Just send us a good black and white or color photograph showing the exact angle you wish the drawing to depict. You may add additional photos for detail (photos will be returned). Our artists can create a drawing in any season regardless of the photo. They can also add landscaping for new construction.

Original Pencil Sketch & Personalized Stationery
We do not use Item #'s for the pencil sketches since there are many ways to purchase. Please refer to the chart below. All sketches come with a cream mat. A fine oak frame with glass is available for certain sizes. Penciled coloring may be added to these sketches. Stationery is available with 50 cards and evelopes with house drawing and address.

Stationery Special
The most reasonable way to purchase the personalized stationery! This special consists of fifty personalized cards with envelopes and the original 3" x 5" sketch of your client's home in a 5" x 7" cream mat. This gift may be purchased with a 5" x 7" wood frame with glass for an additional $6.00. The fold over note cards are made of fine card stock and are 41/2" x 51/2". For an extra charge of $1.00 you can put "Compliments of" followed by your name, company and town where your office is located, in a small 4 or 5 point print on the back.
